Dr. Mirich conducts “Bup Group” each Wednesday from 5:30 to 7:00. The fee is currently $60 per session. Dr. Mirich received the same comprehensive, Buprenorphine training as medical doctors who prescribe Suboxone. He works closely with physicians who refer clients to PATHS Center for psychosocial individual and group counseling. Dr. Mirich is very much a proponent of medication assisted recovery and treatment.
Sobriety Group
Dr. Mirich conducts a weekly Sobriety Group each Thursday from 5:30 to 7:00. The fee is currently $60 per session. Sobriety Group is a facilitated group therapy session for individuals with alcohol or other chemical dependency, including those treated with Camprol, Vivitrol, Revea and Antabuse. Dr. Mirich has worked with advanced recovery issues for the past 20 years
AA Meeting for Health Professionals
While most health care professionals typically attend and benefit greatly from “street AA,” on occasion it is nice to have a safe place to meet with one’s peers. In these meetings, a health care professional can safely discuss issues that which would be unwise or uncomfortable to bring up in front of clients.
Prescriptions Anonymous
Prescriptions Anonymous meets at the offices of PATHS Center on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 pm. PA, or "Pills Anonymous" has proven to be a great adjunct to the Buprenorphine Group at PATHS Center in that these individuals who are recovering from various substances often prefer to meet with others who have had the same experiences.
